New Employee Orientation Welcome to Gaston County 's New Employee Orientation (NEO) Information Central. Gaston County’s NEO is a 1-day event that will provide information on benefits, personnel policy, workers compensation, and bloodborne pathogens. NEO will be held on the first Monday of each pay period, unless otherwise noted. Dates and information for FY2010-2011 can be downloaded by clicking here.
