All land disturbing activities that uncovers more than one (1) acre are required to submit a Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan for review at least thirty (30) days prior to project initiation to:

2 sets of bluelines
1 set of calculations
1 Financial Responsibility/Ownership Form (signed and notarized)
1 Completed Checklist Form

Payments:

Payments should be made by check or money order to:
Gaston County

Fees:

$225 non-refundable plan review processing fee for each acre of disturbed land or any part of an acre of disturbed land (including off-site borrow and waste areas).  No processing fee will be charged for a revised plan unless the revised plan contains an increase in the number of acres to be disturbed.
Example: 1.0 acre = $225.00
                  1.1 acre = $450.00
