Request Policy and Fees

The Gaston County Board of Elections adopted the following policy and fee schedule for requests of information on June 21, 2005:

• Requests for voter registration and election information must be in writing.
• Payment must be received before the delivery of requested information.
• No requests will be processed two (2) weeks before an election.
• Diskettes, CD's, and email files will be in comma delimited text.

Fee Schedule:

1. Diskettes $25.00
2. CD's $25.00
3. Labels (Individual or Household) .01 per label
4. Printouts .01 per page
5. Copies .01 per page
6. Postage Actual Cost
