Community Crime Maps These Crime Maps were developed so that citizens may more easily find out about crimes that are reported in their area of the county. These crime maps include reported information only for those areas within the primary jurisdiction of the Gaston County Police. The information contained on these maps is subject to all current public information rules and regulations. Every effort has been made to make these maps as timely, accurate and complete as possible, however there may be some degree of error due to the process which created these maps. Reported incidents that appear on these maps are plotted to approximate locations, addresses are identified to the nearest one hundred block. The Crime Maps are hosted by Google.
