Gaston Emergency Medical Services (GEMS)

Base Starting Salaries:
EMT-B $10.23 per hour
EMT-I $11.73 per hour
EMT-P-1 $14.41 per hour
EMT-P-2 $15.43 per hour
EMT-P-3 $16.53 per hour

Gaston County has built in overtime pay and work a 12 hour shift rotation with built in Peak Time units.
